This book features 8 interviews I conducted with queer mothers, their children, and/or their families. Their stories are evidence of incredible social change happening now, and how the queering of motherhood can break cycles of trauma around cisheteropatriarchy and intersecting systems of oppression.
PHOTOGRAPHIC QUEER HISTORY
My interviewees generously provided childhood and family photos that document their queer experiences. I feel so privileged to have been able to include their beautiful memories in my book.
